I had such a great stay! The staff were super accommodating, and they even helped arrange a quiet floor for me at the reception. The location is perfect, with the nearest tram just a couple of minutes away, making it easy to hop on and explore all the cool spots in the city. I loved relaxing in the lounge, plus the breakfast was delicious! Oh, and the view from my room? Absolutely stunning! It felt so welcoming and modern compared to my previous stays.
If I had to pick a couple of things that could be improved, I’d say the mattress was a tad firm for my taste, but that’s totally subjective. it would be nice to have a little more variety in the complimentary coffee in the room, even though they do have some in the communal space.

The place was clean with a superbly friendly and incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. The idea to include an electric kettle, a fridge, and an oven in the apartment was nice. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to restaurants, the big Emporium/ Central shopping centre and Melbourne central. Seafood restaurant Big Tuna Fish Co was 300 metres away from the place. Everything was simply well-maintained.

Our New Year stay was amazing! We were impressed with the stunning views from our cozy room. the room itself was well-equipped with a functional kitchen and we greatly appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks. the location was also perfect as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to see.
There were a few minor issues. the bathroom door did not lock and towels were not adequately provided.

The staff were amazing and always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. We loved the fantastic city views from our room and the convenient location near to all the shops and supermarkets. Plus, the room had a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals, which was a bonus.
We were disappointed that room cleaning was only offered once a week, and cleaning supplies were not provided for us to maintain the cleanliness on our own. , we found the bed mattress too hard for our liking, which affected our sleep quality during our city trip.

The location was amazing. It was so close to the Queen VIC market, which was great for finding delicious food and fresh produce. Plus, it was close to everything we needed to see in the city. the shared kitchen and lounge were perfect for relaxing after a long day. the room was really well equipped and had great amenities.
The staff was a bit inexperienced and seemed less confident in communicating.
